I started working in credit card processing services in 2005 back when everyone leased terminals and paid out the wazoo for them. Then the free credit card processing terminal craze started and we gave terminals away and just made up for it in the fees we charged. After 10 years of being in the industry and getting fed up with all the BS, I decided to step away from the industry.

I moved to Florida and started working for the local Harley-Davidson dealership selling motorcycles. Received the nickname "Badger" from my sales manager Ralph Galietti at Six Bends Harley-Davidson. Met a ton of great people in the Fort Myers area. Then moved with Ralph and the General Manger, Gil Gibson, to Bert's Black Widow Harley-Davidson in Port Charlotte where I met some great people in that area too.

After a couple of years, I decided to reflect on everything and realized that with all the knowledge I had aquired over the years and the experience I have, that I really should be back in the merchant processing world. So here I am bringing my same no BS attitude I had at Harley-Davidson over to my credit card processing world. My goal is to create lasting relationships with all my clients, provide unmatched service and make sure that you always know exactly where I stand and why. So, if you are tired of all the BS and just want great credit card processing fees and  personal customer service, get in touch with me, The Badger, and let me handle all your merchant services needs.

We believe to form business relationships with clients, you need to share your personal story, have the clients get to know you and feel comfortable with you. So, we would like to share with you our story.

Badger Business Solutions was created by merging two businesses together on February 8, 2016. We combined the skills and experience of husband and wife, Sonny and Angela Gartin.  Sonny has over 10 years of experience in all things related to business and money, technically called merchant services. Angela has over 20 years of experience in secretarial services with 2 of those years specifically organizing and assisting businesses in Cape Coral, Florida. Combined, Sonny and Angela have over 25 years in experience owning  and running their own businesses.

Our mission is to assist business owners in taking back control of their business. As the slogan clearly states, we take the BS out of Business Solutions. When you become one of our clients we are available to help you get organized, market your business more efficiently, and most importantly save you money.

As a kid I dreamed of being a secretary.  At age 20, I thought I was one lucky gal when I went for a receptionist position at Fitzsimmons, Schroeder & Nelson and ended up being asked to be the legal assistant for attorney Robert Grosser. Mr. Grosser became a close friend and you'll see in my work history I have worked for him and his firm off and on since then. At 23, I became pregnant with my first child and helped attorney Nancy Rahmeyer close her law office so she could become a Court of Appeals Judge. I worked all the way up until I had my daughter. In fact, on Monday, February 26th, I had her and made it to Nancy's swearing in on Thursday, February 29th.

My next profession was to be a stay-at-home mom, but when a close friend introduced me to scrapbooking  I became hooked and saw dollar signs. I talked my mom into being my business partner and what was my hobby become a business for two reasons: to support my hobby and to make money. Meanwhile, my husband started his own business. Since his clients were business owners, they were always asking if he knew someone that could help them. I tease and say he started pimping me out. The answer was "Why yes, my wife can do that for you!"  With my secretarial background and creative design background I was able to help him run his business. There you have it. I've worked for people and for myself. When you see my skills/experience, you will see I dived in and took on all aspects of a business. I love being a secretary and will always be an entrepreneur.
